On the other hand, the attendance of various impact assessment models is indispensably for SEA, so we choose different models to construct a Model Base framework for SEA. 同時，環境評價還離不開模型的參與，為此，我們提出了構建戰略環境影響評價模型庫，並對其結構進行了探索。
