In this paper, we propose a low power dynamic bus encoding scheme which simultaneously reduces the capacitive and inductive effects by the measurement of real RLC model. 以往的研究只針對電容效應，提出改善辦法，但由於現今的晶片設計，使用了低電阻導線與高速的訊號轉態時間，使得在設計匯流排時，電感的耦合效應亦必需納入考量。
