Our preliminary experience showed that the real-time suction and powerful excision of the microdebrider provided a clear operative field and performed deroofing of cysts sharply. 本報告顯示，對於寬大基部的會厭囊腫，以喉部微形吸絞器執行手術，能吸清出血，強效銳切移除囊腫，並因手術視野清楚而提供了精確的組織切除及增加手術之簡易度。
