In this article, we explore the anaerobian mechanism from the metabolism and genome of bifidobacteria, in order to improve the screening of oxygen-resistant bibidobacteria. 基於此,從雙歧桿菌代謝和基因組特徵角度出發,就雙歧桿菌的厭氧機制和耐氧雙歧桿菌的篩選鑒定,做一初步探討,希望為今後耐氧雙歧桿菌的篩選研究起到推動作用。
