In this paper, a method of analysis which was based on thin layer chromatography was introduced.Benzimidazole derivative and amine were separated at first. 文中採用薄層層析法分離苯並咪唑衍生物及雜質，首先分離出苯並咪唑衍生物，然後用非水滴定方法分析含量，得到了準確的分析結果。
