When filing a counter-claim, the Respondent must pay an arbitration fee in advance according to the Arbitration Fee Schedule attached to these Arbitration Rules. 被訴人提出反訴時，應當按照本仲裁規則所附的仲裁費用表的規定預繳仲裁費。
