Where an administrative lawsuit lodged by an applicant in the people's court has been accepted, no administrative reconsideration application may be filed. 申請人向人民法院提起行政訴訟，人民法院已經依法受理的，不得申請行政複議。
When the CAAC makes a decision on disapproval, it shall give reasons, and notify the applicant of the right to apply for administrative review or lodge an administrative lawsuit. 民航總局作出不許可的決定時，應當說明理由，並告知該申請人享有依法申請行政複議或者提起行政訴訟的權利。
