This article carries on the analysis to the present situation of the Langfang private enterprises financial early warning and proposes some suggestions. 本文對廊坊市民營企業的財務預警現狀進行分析，究其不足，並提出構建廊坊市民營企業財務預警體系的構想。
The results show that SVM used in finance is feasible and practical.The possibility of identifying the prewarning level with multi-mode classification is presented. 研究結果表明了支持向量機應用於財務預警的可行性和實用性，最後提出了以多模式分類標識財務預警警度的可能性。
