CONCLUSION Endoscopic sinusitis surgery performed on the sinusitis patients after radiotherapy is therapeutically effective and helpful in improving the patients' quality of life. 結論鼻內鏡手術治療鼻咽癌放療后鼻竇炎可以獲得良好的療效，有利於提高鼻咽癌患者放療后的生活質量。
