First of all, the suspension cell line of Atractylodes lancea was established and the initial effect of two endophytic fungal elicitors on its essential oil production was studied. 為了保護和開發茅蒼朮資源，本研究嘗試從微生物和植物生物技術等角度，研究內生真菌誘導子對茅蒼朮懸浮細胞揮髮油積累的影響及機理。
