Yeast strains AH109 Y187 and vector pGADT7-Rec were tested using SD selective medium and yeast cotransformation positive compared experiments, The result indicated the strains and vector both corresponded with the requests of two-hybrid analysis.

• 利用SD选择性培养基和酵母共转化阳性对照实验分别对酵母菌株AH109、Y187和载体pGADT7-Rec进行检测，结果表明，菌株和载体符合双杂交分析的要求。
