With the rising of HBsAg titer, positive ratio of HBeAg and HBV DNA (PCR) rises obviously. However, when in low titer, there still be positive of the last two index; when in very high titer, the positive ratio of the last two index only exceeds 70%.

• 结果 :随HBsAg滴定度升高 ,HBeAg和HBV DNA(pcr)阳性率亦明显升高 ,但低滴定度时仍有部分被检者后两项呈阳性 ,而高滴定度时后两项的阳性率仅略高于 70 %25。
