We have measured the Positron lifetime spectra of La_ 2-x M_xCuO_4(LMCO,MSr,Ba,x0.05,0.10,0.125,0.15,0.2) in the room temperature and studied the relationship between the superconductivity and the mechanism of positron annihilation.
