We emphasized mental nursing and intestinal tract nursing before operation,keep bladder washout drain to be unobstructed after operation and strengthen observing and nursing the complication.

• 术前做好心理护理及肠道护理,术后保持膀胱冲洗引流通畅、加强并发症的观察与护理。结果:术后9例出现大出血,35例发生膀胱痉挛,所有患者痊愈出院。
