• 患侧鼻孔基底皮肤菱形切除，鼻小柱及患侧鼻翼脚基底部牵引复位，鼻孔缘“M+T”瓣成形，以及鼻背、鼻小柱、患侧鼻翼软骨上、鼻翼基底下充填膨体聚四氟乙烯材料（ePTFE）来综合矫正鼻部畸形。
