We analysed the Mg 2+ ATPase, TPPase, AChE, and ChAc quanlitatively and quantitatively in the motor neurons at anterior horn of spinal cord. Results: The activities of Mg 2+ ATPase, TPPase, and AChE of the neurons were obviously decreased.
