Using PTX-resistant SKOV-3 tumor cells as an in vitro model of MDR tumor cells, we demonstrated that Pluronic micellar PTX (i.e. P105/PTX or P105L101/PTX) were able to reverse PTX-resistant SKOV-3 tumor cells compared with free PTX solution.
