Used the annual Cephalotaxus fortunei in experiment after being treated with H_2O, CaCl_2, EGTA, LaCl_3, CPZ to study the change of SOD,POD,CAT during freezing acclimation.

• 但结合CaCl_2处理明显提高植物体CAT、POD、SOD活性，而且保护酶活性下降也较缓慢：EGTA、LaCl_3、CPZ处理则抑制了植物体内保护酶活性的上升，说明Ca~(2+)-CAM信使系统作为低温胁迫过程中的信号分子参与低温胁迫三尖杉幼苗的信号转导。
