Units that discharge pollutants as specified in the preceding paragraph shall report in due time about any substantial change in the category,quantity or concentration of the atmospheric pollutants discharged.

• 前款规定的排污单位排放大气污染物的种类、数量、浓度有重大改变的，应当及时申报；
