Total phospholipid (TPL), saturated phosphatidylcholine (SatPC) and total protein (TP) in the BALF were respectively measured by Bartlett method, Mason method and Lowry method. The activity of PS was presented by the ratio of SatPC/TP and SatPC/TLP.
