To investigate the significance of antifilaggrin autoantibodies(AFA) in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and the relationship withdisease activity, severity, antikeratin antibodies (AKA) and antiperinuclearfactor (APF).

• 目的 建立蛋白质免疫印迹（Western blotting）检测抗纤聚蛋白抗体（antifilaggrin autoantibodies，AFA）的方法，了解AFA对类风湿关节炎（RA）的诊断价值，探讨其与RA病情活动性、严重性以及AKA、APF的关系。
