To explore the role of the autoantibodies(GADA,IAA,ICA), the polymorphisms of chemokine receptor CCR5 , CCR2 , and the expression of CD4+CCR5+ and CD4+CCR3+ in the PBMC of the type 1 diabetes mellitus in prediction and diagnosis type 1 diabetes.

• 检测1型糖尿病患者的血清自身抗体水平、趋化因子受体CCR5、CCR2的基因多态性，以及趋化因子受体CCR5、ECR3在1型糖尿病患者外周血CD4~+T淋巴细胞中的表达水平，研究这些检测指标对1型糖尿病早期预报和早期诊断的意义。
