To explore the cause of postoperative ocular hypertonia ,all patients were examined by the aid of gonioscope and ultrasound biomicroscope(UBM).

• 结果术后4例为一过性眼压升高,3例为房角后退所致,1例因缝合靠前,房角粘连所致。
