Through analysis of several time delay compensating methods, GM(1,1) mode is applied to the time delay compensating calculating. Being free from the studying of mode, it is proved it is an easy and efficient method.

• 对于控制系统中的时间滞后问题，分析了现有的几种时间滞后补偿计算方法，然后根据灰色理论，提出了GM(1，1)时间滞后补偿计算方法，该方法无需进行结构的模态分析，是一种简便、有效的补偿计算方法。
