Through an analysis of both the Burmese and the Dai folk stories, the author of this paper concludes that there exist some common themes in these stories such as wisdom, silly son,kindness and cunningness.

• 本文在对缅甸民间故事与我国傣族民间故事的分析中，发现两地民间故事中存在着一些共同的文学母题，尤以智慧母题、傻儿母题、善良母题、狡诈母题为代表。
