Three patients underwent operation, including aneurysmal resection with ligation of the subclavian artery in 2 and silk prosthesis graft of the common iliac artery in 1, with uneventful recovery.

• 4例中有1例未行手术,2例作锁骨下动脉结扎和动脉瘤切除,1例作右髂总动脉瘤切除,真丝人造血管移植,术后均恢复良好。
