Three patients received post operation radiotherapy.There was no flap necrosis or permanent facial nerve damage, nor was there any partial flap necrosis or suture dehiscence.

• 术后均无肌瓣整个坏死及颜面神经的永久伤害等重大并发症，也都没有部分的肌瓣坏死或缝合的伤口裂开等次要并发症。
