This thesis was divided into six parts:Forwards: contrasted three concepts connected with case method,indicated the intercross of discipline in the course of researching thisobjection ,and the key link of legal education is that theory connectspractice.

• 本文导论部分首先区分了与判例教学法相关的几个概念，之后说明了研究判例教学法的学科交叉性，最后指出了法律教学的关键环节应当是使学生将理论和实践相结合，分析和研究判例教学法有意于我国法律教学方法的改革。
