This study tried to promote the empowerment of Lishuei Community from empowering the teachers of Longgang Elementary School, to achieve conservation of the Daud Estuary Wildlife Protected Area.

• 本研究从丽水村社区内的龙港国民小学为起点，尝试从小学教师的培力，推动丽水村社区进行社区总体营造，以达到大肚溪口野生动物保护区获得良好经营管理与保育的目标。
