This study bring forward how the mechanism on oximes for the respiratory failure caused by AOPP and whether the oxime and the pyridazine can reactivate the AChE inhibited by DDVP and E605 or not.

• 对此，本研究主要从临床救治AOPP病人的呼吸衰竭和肟类化合物、哒嗪类化合物对敌敌畏、E605中毒后的胆碱酯酶是否有重活化作用开展研究。
