This paper firstly brought out the strategy localization and developing goal by the theory of enterprise strategy management based on the analysis of Hunan CTT internal and external environment and selected an optimal strategy for Hunan CTT.

• 本文基于湖南铁通的内外部环境和优劣势分析,从企业战略管理的理论出发,提出了湖南铁通大客户业务的战略定位与发展目标,选择出适合湖南铁通的竞争战略模式,然后针对战略,构建出实施对策的体系框架,并阐述体系框架中的具体实施策略。
