This minireview mainly focused on immunoaffinity chromatography(IAC),enzyme immunoassay(EIA),luminescence immunoassay(LIA),fluoroimmunoassay(FIA),biosensor and so on,according to their analysis principle. Also,the prospect of immunoanalysia was indicated.
