This article reported 10 cases with dissecting abdominal aortic aneurysm (DAAA) checked with color Doppler ultrasonography (CDU). Of them,7 cases were confirmed by surgical operation and 3 non - operative cases were confirmed by clinical diagnosis.

• 本文报告经彩色多普勒确诊夹层腹主动脉瘤10例,其中7例手术证实,余3例图象典型,符合临床诊断。
