This article designed a kind of voice analyzer by using Labwindows/CVI based on the theoretical analysis of digital signal processing theories, virtual instrument technology and sound card application.

• 本文基于“硬件的软件化”思想，在对信号分析、虚拟仪器技术和声卡的实用性进行理论分析的基础上，利用虚拟仪器专用语言Labwindows/CVI开发环境，设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的语音信号分析仪。
