There was only one mutant , the NO. 880 base to down-side the translation stop codon (TAA).But the mutant was dispeared when conpare it with the sequence of Streptococcus mutans reported in Genebank.

• 本实验将反向PCR方法与核酸内切酶设计相结合诱导变形链球菌乳酸脱氢酶基因缺失突变，实验证实该方法只需设计一对反向PCR引物，进行一轮PCR反应，一次酶切连接反应，方法简便快捷。
