Therapy group was given Batroxobin 10BU IV dripping,5BU IV dripping at the third day and the fifth day,control group with usual therapy method.

• 治疗组用巴曲酶10BU静脉滴注,续以5BU于第3和第5天静脉滴注,对照组采用通常的治疗方案。评价治疗前和治疗后的神经功能缺损评分。
