The wound was washed several times with 1% H2O2 and 0.9% NaCl solution after the operation,and after that,the surgical cavity became clear.

• 4例术后初期见上颌窦内有较多干酪样物,经用1%25H2O2及生理盐水多次冲洗换药后,出院时术腔干净。
