The transformation of spleen lymphocyte,stimulation index,NK activity and LAK activity in S180-bearing mice were measured by MTT.

• 结果:梁金菇多糖能够明显抑制荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长,能够促进正常和荷瘤小鼠的脾淋巴细胞的转化,提高刺激指数,提高NK杀伤活性及LAK杀伤活性。
