The synthetic route was definited and modified. With7-Amino-3-deacetoxylcephalosporanic acid andD-2-(l,4-hexadienyl)glycine Dane salt as the starting materials, it had been preprared in a five-steps procedure in overall yield of 88.4% (mass yield: 152%).
