The shredding process of steel scrap was simulated through FEM software ANSYS/LS-DYNA based on Nolinear finite element method.The simulating results that steel scrap is shredded are acquired.

• 利用非线性有限元法,以ANSYS/LS-DYNA为工具,对不同锤头形状、不同锤重、不同锤击速度的回收钢破碎过程进行了计算机数值仿真,得出了回收钢最佳破碎速度的结论。
