The sequence showed that the reading frame was correct. After being induced in EMM medium and cultured for some periods, the GST-DH fusion protein was checked by SDS-PAGE(SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) and Western blotting .

• 为了进一步检测表达产物是不是含有GST标签的融合蛋白,以Anti-GST为第一抗体,以Goat Anti-mouseIgG AP为二抗,对表达产物进行Western blotting分析,结果表明,pESP-DH经EMM培养基诱导产生的49kDa蛋白条带与抗体发生很强的交叉反应,表明融合蛋白得到了表达。
