The results showed that: Acupuncture can adjust the contents of A , G and A/G in the serum of rats. Accordingly,acupuncture can cure ACI on the level of serology ,decrease the fatalness of the happeness of the ischemic cerebralvascular disease.

• 结论：针刺能调节急性脑缺血大鼠血清中A、G的含量及A/G的比值，从而在动物实验上证明了针刺对急性脑缺血大鼠血清A、G及A/G的影响，进一步说明针刺对脑缺血的治疗作用，降低缺血性脑血管疾病发生的危险性。
