The results showed that, adding P into BN Mg system can obtain crystals without free carbon, while adding LiH and NH 4Cl into Li 3N BN system can obtain CBN crystals of high strength and high thermal stability.

• 研究表明 ,结晶介质成分和合成参数一样 ,对立方氮化硼结晶的完整性 ,杂质成分对晶体特性的影响起着重要的作用 ,指出 ,往BN -Mg体系中 ,引入P可培育出不含游离硼的晶体 ,而往Li3N -BN体系中引入LiH和NH4 Cl时 ,所得到的立方氮化硼具有高的强度和热稳定性。
