The results showed that reducing melt viscosity fluctation,increaing draw ratio and circular blow filter sieve area,adjustment colletion tow angle could decrease the linear density uneveness.

• 结果表明减小熔体粘度波动、提高拉伸倍数、加大环吹滤网进风面积和调整集束丝束转角可降低线密度不匀率
