The results showed that EK can markedly increase serum lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and HDL2-C level,decrease the total cholesterol (TC) level and the content of lipid peroxide (LPO).

• 结果表明,昆布能明显提高实验性高脂血症大鼠血清卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶(lecithin cholesterolacyltransterase,LCAT)活性,使血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)尤其HDL_2-C水平提高,总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)水平降低。
