The results show that octanol content, pH and ionic strength are key factors. Under the con ditions of low ionic strength(C_kcl=0.05 mol/L),high pH value(pH>13.6 6)and octanol content 0.85%(volume fraction),the extraction efficiency approac hes 100%.
