The purified IgG was loaded on SDS-PAGE, the single band of 55kD was showed. And the special band was assayed by western-blot , which proved the result of the IgG is purified.

• 纯化后的抗体IgG进行SDS-PAGE，在约55kD处有单一条带，经western-blot检测有特异性条带出现(约50kD处)，说明纯化效果较好。
