The present work is to develop a new high performance single component waterproofing construction putty powder with cement fly asb quartz powder CMC and PP fiber as its main constitutes.

• 为了提高建筑工程的装修质量以及适应我国当前建筑事业的发展要求，本文选用水泥、粉煤灰、石英粉等常用建材并掺入适量纤维素、聚丙烯纤维及助剂配制出一种高性能单组分且具防水性的新型水泥基腻子，成本低廉且符合环保要求，其成果可作为推广水泥基腻子产品应用的依据，并对国家外墙腻子行业标准的制定提供参考。
