The present data suggest that administration of Verapamil may reduce NOS positive neurons and the amount of NO relatively reduce, thus benefit the function of the post-ischemia in retina of Rats.

• 说明维拉帕米减少大鼠视网膜缺血后NOS阳性神经元，其相应NO量减少，推测维拉帕米对大鼠缺血后视网膜功能具有保护作用。
