The preparation process of titania nanoarrays in sol-gel template method was studied. It was found that the sol could enter the pores more easily in a certain negative pressure condition.

 
  • 研究了Sol-Gel模板法制备氧化钛纳米阵列的过程,发现在一定的负压条件下,可以使溶胶顺利进入模板的孔中,解决了采用高浓度溶胶、小孔径模板难以通过Sol-Gel模板法合成纳米阵列的难题,并成功地合成了高质量、小直径的氧化钛纳米线和纳米管阵列。
